Define 'paragraph' better and mention indent preservation, selection expansion, and length setting.

Thank you for the CC.
I think it resolves the problem. On the other hand, it seems too long.
IHMO, the most important sentence is "Avoid rewrapping code lines.".

Define 'paragraph' to better match what is dependably handled as more or less expected.
In particular, specify equal indents and that resulting indent equals original indent.
Mention how to modify max length and to not rewrap code.
